Managementsite.net was established in order to bring experience and knowledge within the field of organization and management together in the hope of bringing about further development. The website has expressly been designed to encourage interaction. It is a forum whereby one can exchange experiences and ideas.
The 'Info for Auteurs'/color> found in the menu nicely reflects the underlying vision of the editorial staff. This information provides authors with the necessary guidance. Articles are reviewed by our staff based on the criteria found in this section. Columns and reader responses are, however, not reviewed by the staff. Readers can post these directly without censure from the editorial staff.
Forms of Interaction
Interaction between readers and authors requires a certain code of conduct in which all continue to respect each other and differences in opinion. Irony, harsh criticism and emotions are permissible, as long as respect and decency remain the norm.
The following, however, are not allowed:
- personal attacks
- anonymous columns and responses
- false identities and fabricated registration information
The active participation in exchanging experience and knowledge on this site implies that one has read the conditions stated above and is in agreement with them. Responses or contributions that do not satisfy these conditions will be removed.
